Irving Franz married sister to Soldier in Flanders Field Belgium Pls Help

I am researching the families/relatives of the Soldiers buried in Flanders Field of WWI. There is a Soldier, named Samuel HOCHFELDER on the Wall of Missing. He was b. in NY, but his parents were from Hungary/Austria and were Jewish.
His sister, Teresa/Tessie/Theresa Hochfelder, b. Dec 1896/7
in NY married IRVING FRANZ. They had a daughter Shirley Franz, b. abt. 1924. In the 1930 census they resided at 1189 E. 17th St., Brooklyn, along with Grandma Rose Hochfelder, Tessie's Mother.
Irving Franz was born 10 Jan 1897, NY, died April 1967, Monmouth, New Jersey. This birthdate is verified on his WWI Draft reg., showing wife 'Tessie'. He also registered for the WWII draft in 1942.
Please help if you can; perhaps there is an obituary for IRving Franz which would provide survivors/names.
Any and all help appreciated, for the book being compiled to honor the WWI Soldiers of Flanders Field.
Thanks
patty
