I am looking for anyone descended from the DIXON family line that lived near the Blue Ridge Mountains (in the mid 1700s/mid 1800s) in an area known as the “Trap Region” in Loudoun County, VA. The names that I am searching on are Herod and Townsend. If you descended from any of these individuals in that area during that time, please let me know.
