Looking for Frater's in the UK

I am tracing the Frater name in the UK and am interested in any details of members of the Frater family.

One of the reasons of me broadening out my database is because I have hit a brickwall with the origins of my Grandfather Edward Frater.

He was either born in London or Scotland (big difference)and family moved to London, abt 1889. His parents died? when he and his siblings were very young and they were taken into care and split up. The original source of the family is either Scotland or the North East of England.

Many "family" members have moved about and emmigrated. I publish my findings (excluding details of living members) on my website www.frater.fsbusiness.co.uk. So you see I am interested in collating the information.

Many thanks

Kerry Frater
