Fray/Frayer family in Canada West & NY

William Fray, b. 1802 in Catskill, NY m. Susannah Kern and was an early settler of Charlotteville Twp., Norfolk Co., Ontario (Canada West), CAN. Apparently son of Phillip and Charity Fray or Frayer who came into the province [Ontario - Canada West] between about 1805 and 1806.
Philip Frayer died at Forestville (Charlotteville Twp) 20 Nov. 1843 presume born 14 Dec. 1771. He was in the Norfolk militia in War of 1812. Vouched for Jacob Becker from Catskill, Green Co., New York in 1828. Looking to correspond with anyone of similar ancestry.
