Delilah Frederick, 1805 Georgia Land Lottery

I'm going back to the drawing board with some information on the family of Frederick Watson of Houston County, GA 1830 written down by his grandson James Greenberry Pollock.

This information hints at a relationship of his first wife, reportedly Martha Frederick, to Delilah Frederick, who appears in the 1805 Georgia Land Lottery.

In 1910 J.G. writes:

History of the family of Jessee F[rederick]. Watson my Grand Father on Mother Side

I do not know where my grand Father Jessee F. Watson came from. I think from South Carolina. He and his wife who was a Frederick, lived in Twiggs Co. moved from there to Houston Co. and there to Dooly Co. where he died about 1845 [more likely Lowndes Co., later Brooks Co., circa 1854, where he moved circa 1851. He is in Dooly Co. 1850 census] at an old age, Eighty years or more. He was the father of 5 children. Green B. [John Greenberry] who married Sallie [Mary] Brunson. They raised a good large family who live in South Ga. Elbert D[avid]. who married a [Sarah] Ferguson, they raised several children to be grown, all are dead except Georgia who lives in South Georgia.

Delila a Sister of Green & Elbert married her cousin Jake [Jesse Jacob?] Watson. I know nothing of their family. Sallie [Sarah] another sister married J[osiah].J. Hancock. They raised a large family who are scattered over South Georgia. Mary my mother married Lewis Pollock. They raised a family of Seven children. Martha who married Isaac Woodard, Jessee F. who married Eliza Holland, J.G. [the author] who married Nancy Brunson, J.L. who died before he was quite grown, E.L. who married Nancy Holland, Pinckney J. who died when about 17 years old and Mary Delila who died when small.

In trying to determine the earlier generations for Frederick Watson and Martha Frederick, I have been comparing families of the very common surname Watson in Georgia during this period with the names of children in the families menitoned. Delilah does not appear earlier in the Watson family in Georgia, leading me to believe that the name was from her mother's side, a fine match with the Delilah Frederick of the 1805 LL.

Could someone provide the county of residence for Delilah Frederick for the 1805 LL? A Frederick Watson, likely the same, appears for Montgomery County, GA in that year. This would have been approximately the time of their marriage and it would be good to know if Delilah Frederick and Frederick Watson were in the same part of the state at the time.

Also, knowing that Frederick Watson was in Twiggs and Wilkinson Counties soon after leads me to this citation with a Frederick surname:

April 29, 1812
Georgia Journal

Will Be Sold, On the first Tuesday in May next, in the town of Marion, Twiggs county, between the usual hours, to wit...

150 acres, more or less, part of Lot No 111, in the 26th district, taken as the property of James Frederick, to satisfy a number of executions in favor of Hays & others.
Documentation for these oldest children of Frederick Watson by his first wife available on request.
