This is a very interesting post and I appreciate you sharing this information. I cannot call myself a geneologist but I am very interested in my Frederick family history. We believe that my ggg grandfather Hezekiah Frederick was the son of Philip and Elizabeth Kennedy Frederick of North Carolina. I have only of late become aware of Philip Friederich/Friedrich/Frederick who arrived in Philadelphia in 1738. I have read that Philip and Elizabeth Frederick removed from Bucks County Pennslyvannia to North Carolina. Bucks county was heavily populated with Swiss and German Mennonites. I will email you with the most current email addresses of two cousins whom you may contact to see if they have further info. I will also email them and give them your name and email address.
