Frederick Family Genealogy Help

Hello,

My family has recently been informed that our great-grandfather was a man named Alfred Frederick, who was born in Germany around 1861 and he immigrated to New York on July 13, 1888. I have checked all census records and he lists that he was naturalized in 1896. Does anybody know how I could possibly obtain his naturalization papers? I have no idea where to begin to look.

M. Brooks
