I have had very little luck either. My grandfather was Earl Van Freeman, Ney's brother. I have virtually nothing on this branch of my family, not even Earl's siblings, if you have those I would be most grateful. I do know that Hattie's parents were William B. Long b 3-8-1839 d 3-7-1908 and Mellisa (Williams) Long (no dates). Not sure if you have those names yet. I hope to get to Zion sometime soon to take some pictures around the cemetery, and see if there is any more family buried there. I have a picture of my mother Joye (Freeman) Manus a portrait shot taken at roughly age 18 with one of her uncles, Boyd or Boyce maybe?? I can scan that and send if you think you can help identify him.
Many Thanks, Jeff
