I'm searching for more information about George Frenette, his spouse, his parents and where they came from. Here is what I do know about him. Many thanks for any help.
George Frenette was born in the early 1800s in Portneuf, Quebec. He had 12 children all born in Portneuf:
Edmund Ferdinand Frenette, born in 1847, moved to Connecticut, died in Hamden in 1937. (More on his descendents later.)
Edward Frenette ("young Edward" was raised by his aunt and uncle, because his mother died) - he became a carriage maker in New Haven, CT; had 6 children (Mable, George, Virginia, Charles, Renny, and Georgette).
Plus 5 more children whose names I don't have yet.
