Searching for Friar family information. They are said to have come to Wilmington, NC from Ireland in 1849 & moved to Montgomery, Al later. The family had a brick store in Montgomery & daughter, Elizabeth, married John Dillard Williams & moved to Alachua, Fl in late 1800's. There were supposed to be cousins by name of Friar in Montgomery in early 1900's.
