My mother's maiden name was Friar. Her father was Reginald Friar Snr and as far as I know lived all his life in Kent, England. My uncle is also Reginald. I know my mother's uncle was Syd. I shall catch up with my mother where the Friars originated from. They were quite a large family and I know a lot of the cousins emigrated to Australia / New Zealand. Tell me about your family.
