Hi there
I am doing some family research and I am looking for the family and history of my great grandad John Friar born in Letterkenny Co Donegal, 25 June 1872. I have found an IGI record of them on the family search.org website. His parents were Daniel Friar and Mary Mcbride. Had 2 sisters Catherine and Mary and a younger brother Dennis. I have found the possible Will of Daniel Friar on the PRONI website and it suggests that they resided in 'The Glebe Magherenan County Donegal. It states he was a farmer and died 9th of December 1890. John migrated to New Zealand where he married my great grandmother in 1911 and died here in 1929. I am in New Zealand therefore cannot visit you there to research but i would reatly appreciate any help you can give. Thanks muchly
Fran Talia
