Ed, my Wilmena Fricke was born about 1837 in Prussia and moved to the United States with her parents, Benjamin and Johanna Louisa Fricke in about 1844. This is according to the 1850 Wisconsin, Sheboygan County, Census. Don't think there is a connection with your Wilhemina, who appears to have married in Germany, from other posts I am reading. This is all I have on my Frickes. Benjamin and Johanna are my husband's gggrandparents. Wilmena is a sister to Amalia Fricke, his ggrandmother. Thanks for your input.
