Shalom (again) Elaine.
In my vast web search (that's a joke) for my family tree I came across several. But I always assumed thay they were specific to "that" Friedman family and thus not important to my Friedman family. Perhaps that is a given.
Do not ask me where I saw them, as it has been far too long and too many web sites over the dam. However, they do exist.
On a different note, my flight to Israel leaves 7/20/04. I am very excited about making Aliyah. As they have excellent sources for genealogy mavens like yourself perhaps when I start my search back up I will have a chance to help you with something. They have alot of normal Jewish sites but also have a alot of information on the holocaust and the European side of our Families that did or did not make it out. I hope to find some long lost relatives. I am also looking forward to finding out more about the "golem" you mentioned.
I will be off my computer in the US after 6/22/04 unless my sister will show me her secret handshake and let me use her's.
