Mark:
Thanks for the invite, I am well into my 70's and having had cardic arrest few years back, it left me with some brain damage, I do not comperhend well at times, anyway, I don't say this to get people to feel sorry for me-that is the last thing I want. We just laugh and go on.
I do have some questions, so many named the same--makes it hard to trace who is who. What about Lawrence (Laers) Frende\Frijanden b 1595 in Sweden, his child is Nicholas Larrson (Nils) Friend b abt 1616 in Goteborg,Sweden. Do these people fit into the same branch of our tree?
Here is our connection; my husband, Clyde William Davies b 31 Oct 1931 in Doniphan Co.,Kansas s/o David E Davies & Frankie Margauert Marsh b 6 Aug 1908 d/o James William Marsh & Sylvia May Totten b 1 Feb 1890 in MO. around Joplin. d/o Frank C Totten & Elsie Caroline Johns b 12 Sept 1869 d/o John Johns b8Jan 1833 in Union Co., ILL d 13 Oct 1900 in Christian Co., MO & Martha Tressa "Patsy" Martin b 26 Nov 1835 in Greene Co., MO. d/o John Martin b 9 Jan 1811 in NC & Catherine FRIEND b 1818 in Gallia Co., Ohio.Martha m to John Johns s/o Joseph Johns& Susannah Goodnight. I hope you can get the idea of my post. Thanks again for your reply and time. Maxine in NW MO.
