Hi Glain

I did some checking for you. Your hunch about Amanda being the wife of A.D. Frink is correct. Alfred D. Frink married Amanda M. Price. I found a J. (James) W. Price on the 1880 census in Piney Township Texas Co. He is born in MD and wife in TN which lines up with what Amanda states for her parents birthplace on the 1880 census.
