Dave,

Thanks for your reply, and yes, oops, the correct name is Rosa Ellis, not Anna.

And yes, it is Robert Lee Fripp I'm talking about. Nellie Hasell, (found out the correct spelling, not Hazel) married Robert I'm guessing about 1915.

The farm called Old Oak in those days, was 80 acres, part of the large 1800 acre plantation called Pleasent Farm that was owned by Sidney's father George.

I've looked for information on Robert trying to find out where the three children fit in. One thing is for sure, they were not Nellie's.

I've also been looking for Nellie's family. I know she was adopted by Sidney and Rosa, but who where her parents....

That's a question I'm still searching for an answere.

I thought that the Julian shown on the census was the brother Julian. Besides Robert Lee, Julian and Edgar Walter, I also have listed Daniel, Thomas, Ella, Emily, Charles and Alice. So I'm short at least 2.

Anything you may know about this family will be welcomed, such as what became of Robert Lee and Naomi, Ruth and Walter.

Bob
