Here's what I've got (presumably you've already got the bit at the bottom):
Harry Boden Frith (grandfather)
b.1901 in Sheffield
m.1932 in Sheffield
d.1977 in Sheffield
Thomas Bowden Frith (g-grandfather)
b.1857 in Sheffield
m.1891 in Sheffield
d.1923 in Sheffield
Samuel Frith (gg-grandfather)
b.1833 in Sheffield
m.?
d.?
William Frith (ggg-grandfather)
b.1793 in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbys
m.1826 in Glossop
d.1843 in ?
Samuel Frith (gggg-grandfather)
b.1770 in Chapel
m.1792 in Chapel
d.?
Samuel Frith (ggggg-grandfather)
b.1733 in Chapel
m.?
d.?
Thomas Frith (gggggg-grandfather)
b.1702 in Chapel
m.1730 in Chapel
d.?
William Frith (ggggggg-grandfather)
b.Between 1670 and 1680
m.3 June 1697 in Chapel to ALICE BEARD.
Alice was born in Chapel in either 1679 or 1683. A relative at their marriage was Thomas Beard. This implies that the John Beard who William worked with wasn't her father. It was probably her brother. On the other hand, because Thomas was shown as a relative, he was probably not her father and therefore John could have been her father.
Note: From page 322/323 of Pigot's Commercial Directory of Derbyshire 1835: "In 1715, in the second year of the reign of our Sovn Lord King George, the foundation of the Arch bridge over smithy brook was laid by William Frith and John Beard." Can we take it that William worked together with John Beard and married his daughter or sister Alice?
