I am still searching for Sloan Frith from The Abbeville, SC, or Old 96 District of South Carolina. He was my Grandfather, the father of my Dad, John Henry Frith( b 6/4/13-d 12/1/75). Sloan had a brother named Orr. Orr is supposedly buried in the Smyrna Cemetary (?) in Lowndsville,SC. My info is incomplete,but their Father,my G-Grandfather may have been John C. Frith. Sloan may have had a sister named Mary(?) Frith (unk). Sloan may have left the area after he and my Grandmother, Maggie McNair divorced(?). This was early in my fathers childhood. If anyone has anything related to Sloan, Orr, or any Friths from this area, please E-mail me or post a reply to this message. All will be answered and/or returned. Thanx in advance.
