hi J. Meredith , it's Frithy i have posted to K . O 'Grady in the past and i'm sure i asked him to pass onto yourself details i have given to him . i've been into some research and have some indications that we may be of Viking Blood , i have requested or attempted to make contact with Nottingham University for DNA for myself . I don't know your background on history but in England at the moment there is a Viking research programme involving DNA testing your roots in Crosby indicate Viking Blood as the area has many Viking connections some of which i don't expect you to know but a good site is www.nottingham.ac.uk/~sczsteve showing the Viking heritage of Cosby area the map is in Norse , "Littill Krossabyr " I reitterate , i don't expect you to understand the history of England but hopefully the site which has many links will explain more ,it is a "mind blowing " dimension to your roots , but keep your fingers crossed and wait for my DNA if i can get it . Happy New Year
