Hi Richard Thrift,

I just viewed the information that you have posted at:
http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=DESC&db=rthrift&id=I11089

On your list, I have located my great-great-grandmother, Josephine Augustus Frith (b: 14 MAY 1853 d: 21 MAY 1925)married to Robert Irvin Black (b: 24 JAN 1831 d: 5 JUL 1907).

I have a digital copy of Josephine's death certificate and the birth date listed on her death certificate does not agree with the birth date in your information. The death certificate says 17 May 1852. The death dates are in agreement.

Looking through the list of their children, I see that my great-grandmother has been omitted. Her name was Annie Black and she was married to Andrew Jackson Gunter. They had 10 children, 4 of which died as children. I have the names of all but 2 of the children. My Papa was their son and his name was Andrew James Gunter (27 Oct 1918-29 April 1980). Papa was married to Evelyn Floree Fowler (14 April 1921- 25 March 2010).

I am very pleased to find your information as it spreads my tree wider and make it a little taller, too. Thank you!

Your sis in Christ,
Suzanne Gunter McClendon
