Hi, Chicago, Ill. caught my attention while
scanning geneforum.
My great grandmother was a Matilda Fritsch, lived in Chicago, married my great grandfather, Charles S. Kimmeth, there and
had a number of children there, but ony two lived.
She came from Alsace but that is all I know.
They had a furniture factory, John Kimmeth and Son. I'm told there is still a sign for this painted on a water tower.
Could please help, or tell me where to look?
Thanks Marilyn Howell.
