In papers found in my father's house after he passed away, I found a handwritten note with the name Johahn Gottfried Fritsch, B - 1822(this was erased and written over), Death September 15, 1876; Louise Renner appears to be the wife, and children's names are Adolph Fritsch, born May 15, 1853 in Meersine, Prussia and he died March 14, 1940 and Edward Fritsch, born in 1846 and who died in 1902. I believe this is Carl W. E. Fritsch, my great grandfather. From family history, I was told that my great-great grandfather, Godfrey Fritsch and 4 sons, together with his mother immigrated to Canada.
Am wondering if this is the Johahn Gottfried Fritsch that you have listed.
