Hi Mary:

I do not have any specfic information for you. I am 27 and I was born in Scranton PA - about 1 1/2 hours to Reading PA. My father was adopted by the Fritz family in the Scranton area. I have heard people say that Fritz was also spelled Fritcsh so you might want to try looking for Fritzes in teh Reading area. There are many Fritzes in rural areas in PA who are German, but my father's adopted family is Polish. Have you ever tried the Mormon geneology web site? I heard it's very thorough. Good luck.
