Hi David,

I have just started my search for the Fritsch family tree. My father's name was Laverne Fritsch from Cobb, WI. My grandfather's name was George Fritsch, Jr. (1886) who was born in Eden Township, Wisconsin. My grandfather's parents were George Christopher Fritsch and Thatie Wepking who lived in Cobb, WI (supposedly in some grand house). His father's name was George Christopher Fritsch (known as Christopher or Christian) from Rehau, Bavaria (DOB: 1832) and his mother's name was Caroline Kreul (DOB: 1832) from Fleissen Bohemia. They both died in Cobb, WI.

Now this is where I want to check my facts. Was Andreas a brother of George Christopher Fritsch from Bavaria, as my research shows that they were both born to the same parents (Johann Nichol Fritsch and Susanna Barbara Wohlfahrt) from Germany?

Any other information you have on the Fritsch family would be greatly appreciated. I will share any information I may have too that could help you. Thanks,

Christine Fritsch (Williams)
