I am researching FRITCH family from Alsace-Lorraine as well. I don't know they were from exactly, but they immigrated to Ohio. Their daughter, Mary C. Fritch was born in Ohio 22 February 1839 either in Columbiana County or Carroll County, Ohio. This is what I know about them, which is not much:

Descendants of FRITCH

1 Mr. FRITCH b: in Alsace-Lorraine, Germany
. +Mrs. (FRITCH) b: in Alsace-Lorraine, Germany
. 2 Charles FRITCH
. 2 John FRITCH
. 2 Barbara FRITCH
. 2 Mary C. FRITCH b: 22 February 1839 in Summitville or Millport, Columbiana, OH d: 05 March 1895 in Malvern, Brown Twp., Carroll, OH
..... +Anthony Daniel AUSEON b: January 1833 in Stark Co., OH d: 19 September 1910 in Malvern, Carroll, OH m: Bef. 1860 in Ohio Occupation: carpenter

Please e-mail if you have info,

Thanks,

Julie
