I wrote CJ (who your message was posted to) to see if our Fritsch families might be related. She said that there were two Fritsch families in Cincinnati Ohio at the time and suggested I contact you, because she believed you were researching the other Fritsch family. As my information did not match up with her Cincinnati Fritsch's I was hoping it might match up with yours.

I just discovered that part of my Fritsch family lived in Cincinnati, Ohio for a time. My ggg grandmother's (Margaretha Fritsch) prayer card lists "St. Bonaventura" as the church she attended in Fairmount, Cincinnati, OH. She and her husband had raised their family in Wisconsin and I have info. that both of them might have been buried in WI.
I have included a chunk of the info. I have on Margaretha and Andreas's family. If any of this looks like it matches up with your Cincinnati Fritsches, please let me know.

My ggg grandfather was Andreas "Andrew" "Anton" Fritsch / Fritch b. 11/29/1814 in Germany/ Bohemia/ Gossengreen, Bachman, Austria/ Chicago. The possible places from his birth are from the death records of his children and census records. He arrived in America in October of 1852/1851/1853. Andreas died June 30, 1886 and was burried in Kasson Cemetary, Maple Grove, Manitowac County, Wisconsin.

He married Margaretha "Margaret" "Mary" (b. ~1801, d. 9/7/1901). Her prayer card is in German (I'm still waiting for a full translation) and lists "St. Bonaventura" as the church she attended in Fairmount, Cincinnati, OH.

They had at least four children:

1) Carl (Karl/Charles)(1840-1915)
m. Catherine Zeaniger. Carl and Catherine had 12 children: Willimania, (1866 -1908)m. Joseph Traxler then Barthelomew Geigel; Joseph (1868 - 1925); Charles (1871-1954)

2) Anton born Oct. 14, 1843 in Gossengreen, Bachman, Austria?, married Anna Marquardt. They lived in WI and IL. Their children: Margaret; Charles who married Mary Moser; Anna; Helen/Helena; Anton married Anna Hoyer; John Florian married Anna Younker; George Alexander married Rosa Nienhaus; Frank married Anna Barth; Sarah who married Joseph Kronschnabl , Jr.; Peter; Andreas "Andrew" who married Gertrude; Maria (Mary) Barbara married Hans Sorenseu/Sorensen

3) Joseph

4) Franz (Frank)born in 1850 in Austria?, married Barbara, and died on April 8, 1936 The 1880 Census lists Franz (Frank) Fritsch (son of Andreas, brother of Anton Sr.) as living in Maple Grove, Manitowoc Co., Wi; age 31,       with wife -Barbara, age 26; born in Bohemia, and three children:
Daughter - Margreth, age 7, born WI

If any of this matches your Cincinnati Fritsches or if you could direct me to someone else to contact, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.
