I figured out, that the name "Frobase" doesn´t exist in Germany. It is very likely, that Frobase is a phonetic adaption of the original name Froboese. Other variations of our name (which really exist in Germany) are Frobese, Froboes, Froboess and Frohboese. But all of these variations are much less common (only a few dozen) than Froboese.
