Hi William, Here is what information I have on Elmer Fromal
He was the 5th child of
Joseph F Fromal b abt 1891 d 1957 and Annie Burrell ( My G Aunt)b abt 1893 d 1976.They married in 1910 in Delaware.
Elmer was born abt. 1916 going by the 1920 PA.census list his age as 3 5/12 & 1930 PA census he was 13
His SSDI has him born 12 Aug 1913 in New Port News, VA.
I believe he was married twice, but I do not know who his first wife was.Elmer's obit dated 22 Aug.1975 list a son Elmer G of Ridley Twp. and a son Robert O of Bear, DE.
I have Elmer G birth 12 Feb 1935 d 25 Aug 1991
Robert O b 2 Jan 1936 d 21 Nov 1990 He's buried in Lawncroft Cemetery
Elmer's obit list he married the former Beulah M Hackett in 1957 This is why I think he must have married twice.
It also list several step children. So Hackett would not have been Beulah's maiden name it indicates she too was married before. He is buried at Glenwood Memorial Cemetery in Marple Twp, PA.

Elmer "Bud"Fromal's siblings were
Francis"Horsey",b abt 1911 d 1987,
Joseph b abt 1912 d 1944
Charles b abt 1914 d 1990
Margaret b abt 1915 m Harold Weed in 1931 d she 1941
Ruth b abt.1920 m Patrick DiRamaldo
Betty Ann b abt 1921 Not sure of this but she may have married a Ronald Davis
Lorraine b abt 1927 m.Walter Locowicki in 1946 in NC

My sources for this are some marriage records from Ancestry
SSDI from Ancestry
Chester Times Newspaper articles such as obits, marriages, birth announcements, also some social articles
You can google delaware county library newspaper archives to access this newspaper . It's a free website another free site

William how are you related to Elmer ?
Hope this information helps you with your research.
