I believe this is also my family. My ancestor is Rosalinn, dau of Wm Fruit and Matilda Miller (1860 Il census). Rosalinn married James L. Woodring son of Benjamin Woodring and Margaret Payne. Above four Woodrings are buried at Wheeling Cemetary in Delaware Co. Indiana.
I visited this cemetary with my grandfather, George Watson, in early 1970s and he stated James and Rosalinn were buried there but without stones.
Benjamin's parents Philip and Anna (Maynard) Woodring are also buried there.
I am beginning a project on Civil War soldiers in my lines and info on the the two William Fruits noted from Iroq Co Illinois would be helpful.. My thought is that they are the same individual, brother of Jeremiah, and also half bro of Rosalinn.
