The information that I have is from two sources:
1. Sites on the internet.

2. A typwritten document titled "Family of James Samuel Fruit, Sr., compiled circa 1938, by (I believe) Nellie James Stuart Donovan). Ms. Donovan was the granddaughter of Lunicy Fruit(10/4/1809 - 8/2/1909?), who was the daughter of John Fruit(?/?/1783 - 8/20/1817 and granddaughter of James Samuel Fruit(11/13/1762 - 10/8/1834). This document doesn't list Peninah Fruit and William Fagan

Here is a link you may not have to info on William Fagan and Peninah Fruit:

It says:
PENINAH Fruit was born January 29, 1774, and died September 27, 1846. She married WILLIAM FAGAN January 22, 1801.

North Carolina Document bearing the names of James Fruit and William Fagan

Theses dates for Sybbell Fruit:

Sybella/Sabella/Sebilla/Sybbell/Sybil FRUIT
Birth: 3 Nov 1795, Randolph Co., NC
Death: 27 Nov 1877, Hydesville, Humboldt Co., CA
Husband: John H. WALKER
Birth: 1793, Randolph Co., NC
Death: 4 Mar 1862, Hydesville, Humboldt Co., CA
Marriage: 19 Jul 1817, Christian Co., KY

are from the web page:

My listing has her name spelled Sibylla and Sibyl. Says her marriage is recorded as Sibella. Says she was
named for her mother who signed two deeds in Christian Co. Kentucky spelling the name Saballa.
