Fryers of Melksham district, UK

I am trying to find information about my great grandfather and his family. His name was Thomas Astley Fryer, and came from the Melksham district. His family had a farm called Holbrook Farm, just outside of Melksham. He had several siblings, but I only have the names Julius, Frank, Kate and Emily for sure. There was also a Jack (John?) and Will (Wilfred or William?). Thomas Astley Fryer went out to South Africa in the last decade or so of the nineteenth century, and was followed by three brothers - Julius, Frank and Jack. Their father's name was John Astley Fryer I believe, and their mother was Anna (?Bailey). I am having trouble finding any references to these names in the records.

Astley appears to be a family name. My grandfather also had it - Alan Astley Fryer.

I would appreciate any information that anyone might have. I am very new at this!
