Joy:
My James A Fryer was still in Green County, Kentucky in the 1850 & 1860 Cencus. According to the cencus, the children were all born in Green County, KY.Willaim T, around 1844, John T. around 1848; James L. around 1852; Robert L. around 1854; Alex G. around 1856; Alfred T. around 1858 and Sarah L. around 1860.
James A. Fryers wife, Laura Ann Gowdy died in 1881 in Hardin County, Kentucky, but I do not have where James A Fryer died.
I would be interested on the Fryer family you spoke of,the William T, that went to Oregon as there still could be a connection.
Thank you for your help.
