If Betty Fryer, innkeeper, is Sabina's grandmother, then the 1839 will of William Fryer, innkeeper, Arlingham , may be of interest.

See the Glos Record Office genealogical database:

http://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/index.cfm?articleID=1335

I didn't see a will for Daniel, but didn't check for Betty/Elizabeth ...

You'll also discover that there were Fryers in the village for centuries.

My own ancestors were from Arlingham, a lovely village on the big meander in the River Severn.
