It seems possible, but a little unlikely. I don't have a birthday for Daniel, but his daughter Sabina was born in 1828, which would have made him about 17 at the time. The actual marriage didn't take place until 1830 (which would have made sense if he were underage), followed by another sibling, Daniel Thomas Fryer in 1836. That means he's not the Daniel or the Thomas listed in this census. I've also got my Daniel Fryer listed as a pianomaker, rather than a cabinetmaker. It's something to keep in mind, but I'm not sure this is the right Fryer family.
