Here again! I was in Berkeley Library in their small history of town section and in a file o Berkeley Families are some handwritten sheets by a John Fryer. Notes are a bit rambling but interesting as he write almost as he talks and tells of his connections to families and mentios Amy's Fryers.
I am in touch with a man called john Ford who is descended from Amy's dads brother he was called Alfred Fryer. John Ford was from Gossington I think and now lives in Dursley. Their father was John Fryer and mum Sarah Reeves. I know there was a George Fryer brother but no more for sure but perhaps we link in that generation. Lost myself now, I mean Amy's grandfathers brothers. Bit/very woffly.
