Eva Fryman,91,of Matawan, died yesterday at home. She was born and lived most of her life in Philadelphia, Before moving to Matawan 3 years ago. Her husband, Harry, died in 1988. Surviving are a daughter and a son-in-law, Myra and Stanley Ostroff;three grandchildren, Michael, Jody and Charles Ostroff; and three great-grandchildren,Kyle, Max and Tess. Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, is in charge of arrangements.
