Does Fryrear Equal Fishback?

My husband was born in MO and all the Fryrear relatives lived there that they knew. (All descendents of Jeremiah Fryrear middle of the 3 brothers.) When his father died when my husband was 6, his mother took the family back to Tuttle, OK, where her father lived and they found another Fryrear living there. There were two brothers, Finley and Burl or Burr. I learned in later years that they tell the same story, 3 brothers came over from France, had their own ship. (were they privateers?) Who knows.Finley was born 1864 in Elizabethtown, KY. but I have not been able to find him listed in a family yet. He was a US deputy marshal by the age of 19 transporting prisoners from Ft. Levenworth,KS to Ft. Sill, OK or the other way around. He was Tuttle city constable for many years.
