Thanks "HRF" for your info. I had found a Michel Fuchs arriving in 1892. But I can't be sure it's him, as my Michel was definitely born in 1877 and would have been 15 not 24. I found a few Lee Foxes in Missouri, but they always stated his father (which I'm assuming is Michel's brother) was also born in Missouri. Would immigrants have wanted to deny their birthplace or would they put the correct info on the census form? I have had no luck in hearing back from a Polish website so really I am just going about this blindly. Poland is such a confusing place as other countries possessed chuncks of it at different times in history. Thanks again for you reasearch, Ann
