Hi Frank,

It's me, Trudie. I have written to my dad re your email to me and am waiting a reply. I have found out some things from my mum. It seems that we are definitly related.

My Grandad Louis Oct. Aug. was born in Folkestone in Feb.1900 and died Feb 1987. His mother was Emily (died Folkestone 1947)who had a sister Elizabeth (Lizzy) (died Folkestone 1953) and married Harry Goodge.

My Grandfather had quite a few brothers and sisters.

1.Ethel lived in Edenbridge who was still alive when Granddad died
2.Winifred
3.Fred
4.Lilly, lived in Canada,
5.Maud.
6.Tom (Married Adelaide who is still alive)

and at least one other brother who I am not sure of, will clarify with my dad, I think it was Charlie.

My Granddad has 4 kids. He married my nan - Helen around 1920. They had 5 five children.
1.Helen (Nellie)
2.Charlie (decd at a very young age)
3.Louis Henry (my father)
4.Ernie
5.Peggy

Louis Henry (my dad) had 3 kids Christine Evangelia -Aug. 12,1948, Richard Emmanuel, Dec. 28, 1952 and Trudie Virginia (me!), June 17th 1957 (I now live in Athens Greece. We were all born in Folkestone.

Ernie had 2 kids Paula, Ashley
Peggy had 2 kids David and Tina
Nellie 2 Caroline (coincidently also lives in Athens Greece!!!) and Penny.

Anyhow, I will confirm everything and let you know.

Best regards and good hunting!!

Trudie Virginia
