Recently discovered some information to identify an ancestor named Friedrech Fusz b: abt. 1746, married: Elisabeth Schrievers abt 1746-1826. Their births were found in records in Koln that were in the French language. They moved to the Kleve area and family descendants in Gelsenkirchen area. Wondering if there might be a connection with other FUHS families coming from Plafz area or other areas of Germany found in the USA. Surname in USA is FUHS. Immigranted in 1901.
