Searching for info on two brothers with surname of Fultcher (Fulcher) who were in Civil war and never returned. Mary Frances Fultcher was married to one of the brothers, and had a son named Bob "Cicero". She re-married a man by the name of Sterling Bacon, who then adopted Cicero. Cicero Fultcher then became Cicero Bacon. Area: GA most likely.
Need Mary Frances' maiden name and any other info you can provide. Cicero married an Oliphant.
