It is over 3 years since you posted - are you still interested in the Fulcher family in Ashbocking? I am descended from a Brown family from London and Ann Fulcher might be an ancestor of mine.

I have been looking at the Suffolk parish registers and have a fairly complete history of Thomas and Ann Fulcher from 1774 onwards and a few hints back to 1743. We believe that their second daughter, Ann (b 1776) may have married James Brown (probably also from Suffolk) and had a son, James Fulcher Brown, in 1805/6. The first really hard evidence we have is the marriage of the son (JFB) in 1829 in Whitechapel, London. From there to the present day is pretty solid.

I do hope you can supply a link between the 18th century Fulchers and the 19th century Browns.
