The Jamestown 2007 website has a link to the Library of Virginia, which has a copy and transcription of a petition by Ruth Fulcher dated April 6, 1691 to a court for child support and custody for a man child about 6 years old by John Fulcher of Lower Norfolk. Another document dated June 16, 1691 indicates John's father is Captain Henry Fulcher. For about six years, I have had the impression that this John was the son of Captain Thomas Fulcher, but this document indicates that John's estate is mostly owned by Henry Fulcher in England. http://www.virginiamemory.com/docs/04-06-1691_trans_ck.pdf
