Hello Bob,
Was very glad to get such a quick response.
Thanks.
Here is some of the info. I have on Elias Keesee and Winney.
Children:
Payton Keesee, born 1797 Russell County, Va.
Married Nancy Graham about 1816, Missouri.
Richard Keesee, born 1798/99 Russell County, Va.
Martha "Patsy" Keesee, born 1800, Russell County, Va. Married Richard Davis.
When Elias died in Russell County, VA., about 1803 (Winney was on the 1804 tax list of Russell County, VA.) she married second to Frederick Fulkerson.
Children:
Frederick Fulkerson, born 1805/06, Kentucky.
He married _____Jeffery. (On the 1830 Izard County, Arkansas taxes, Frederick Fulkerson and his wife is living not far from the Jeffery family.)
Benjamin Fulkerson, born 1809/10, Kentucky. He married Nancy Ann Wallace.
Mary Fulkerson, born 1812, Kentucky. She married Thomas D. Martin.
Frederick Fulkerson and ______Jeffery children were:
Girl, born 1828, Izard County, Arkansas
Nancy, born 1830, Izard County, Arkanas
Chrissilla, born 1832, Izard County, Arkansas
Winney, born 1834, Arkansas
Payton Fulkerson, born 1840, Taney County, Missouri.
By 1840 Frederick Fulkerson has removed to Taney County, Missouri.
He and his wife both died. His children were living with different realitives.
Chrissilla in 1850 was living with Elias Keesee, son of Payton and Nancy Keesee.
Winney Fulkerson was living with John Copeland and Tabitha, Payton and Nancy Keesee's daughter and her husband in 1860.
Nancy was living with Payton and Nancy Keesee in 1850, which would have been her uncle Payton.
Winney Fulkerson never married and lived with a Jeffrey family later on.
I will get the Benjamin family together and send to you.
