The page itself is OK. I've similarly experienced problems viewing pages elsewhere on the Internet. They seem to load halfway and then stop.
It may help to click Reload or Refresh on your browser. It may also help to turn off the cache comparison feature in your browser, since it may otherwise continue to load an incomplete image of the page. If those don't work, perhaps your ISP can help.
