Hello; Thomas i think we have a connection with your family I am kin to Dirk the Norseman, with the information that I have found over the internet and the Fulkerson Forum My Grandmother Julia Marie Leathers, maidne name Morrill, her father my great grandfather is Frank Ester Morrill hes was married to my Great Grandmother Dica Ann Fulkerson and that is how I traced them back to Dirk the Norseman, John Fulkerson Born 28 nov-1754-15 Jan 1835 is my Great GGG Granfather he was married to Margaret Bruner, my great, great, great, Grandfather is Fulkard Fulkerson born about 1767- died about 1837 wife Sarah Davis, my great great Grandparents or Richard Fulkerson and Sally Shepherd Clawson Fulkerson, If you need any more infromation just write, or call here is my address 1601 2nd avenue Tularosa New Mexico 88352 Phone # 505-585-4469. About daniel boone he was a friend of the family Boone hays(grandson of Daniel Boone) helped contruct the Fulkerson stone house sill standing. Isaac Fulkerson married Rebecca Niel, of Lee County, Virginia in 1799. They live in Kentucky for a time , then moved west with daniel boone in 1814, i have more information on the Fulkerson.
