According to my informatioin on the Fulkerson web site, Philip B. Fulkerson (1753-1813) married Elizabeth Bruner (1760 - 1813),in 1775 in New Jersey. They moved with their family to Ohio County, Kentucky. Their children were: Mary (Polly), Adam, Jane, Philip Bruner, Fulkard ( my g.g.grandfather), Rachel,John, Elizabeth, Pamelia ( born ca. 1798 in Mercer County, Kentucky), Jacob.
Regarding Pamela (or Parmelia, Parmely). According to Wayne County, Ill records a Pamela Fulkerson married Jacob Borah in 1822. Jacob died in 1829 leaving one son, James Nathan Borah whoo died at sea during the Civil War.James left a widow, Catherine Darr, who died at Fairfield, IL in 1917.

There are still some Borah's who live in Carmi, White County, who might have some family information. I hope this helps. Bill Fulkerson, Stone Mountain, GA. (My Father and Mother were born in Burnt Prairie and Carmi respectively.)
