I was looking around different surnames that my cousins on my dad's side have andended up here at the Fullen message board....I had an aunt and an uncle who married people named Fullen....My uncle married Minnie Fullen...she was born 9-25-1905 and died 1-18-1984...her parents were Sylvester and Ida Fullen....my aunt married Delbert Fullen..he was born 7-1907 and died 5-29-1984....he was the son of Sylvester and Ida Fullen...I am guessing that Sylvester was probably born somewhere between 1875 and 1885....Minnie and Delbert ended up in Marion Co WV...Hope this helps you out.
