I am searching for information on Harry Fullen, who would have been born approx. 1870s, probably in Oldham, His first wife died , and eventually he married her sister. Daughter, Elizabeth (Betty) Fullen was born, probably from the second marriage. Harry's two wives were related to my Greatgrandmother, Hannah Fish, nee Kay; perhaps they were nieces. Harry had been a teacher, but went on to become an accountant, joining with John Berry, as "Berry and Fullen". John Berry was married to my Great Aunt Sarah Fish. He became a councillor for Oldham city, and was Mayor of Oldham 1918-19.

After the First World War, the British Government owed money to Lancashire or at least to Oldham because they had contributed too much to the War effort, compared to the regions, and Harry Fullen researched this and wrote a report that was used to prove the the National Government that this was so.

Harry would be a first cousin to my father, John Lawernce Fish.
